CHALLENGE

• Planned Vs Reality DATA GRID required.
• Monitoring on Central Monitoring System

SOLUTION

• Using ANDON system/Analysis Tool now reason of Line Pause has been Digitized and recorded.
• Dashboards for the overall Analysis has been developed and now is displayed over Remote Large Size Monitor in between the running production line

RESULT

• Now the production is justifiable as per planned schedule.
• Now troubleshooting is easy to rectify at each station with acknowledgement.
